MMNS MS-64. The obverse bears the Alaskan state seal while
the reverse depicts the hands of an orchestra conduct with a
baton surrounded by the legend: ALASKA FESTIVAL OF
MUSIC 1960. Only 300 of these were struck in silver. (H)

loop attached at top, as made. The Tennessee Historical
Society reverse features an equestrian statue of General Andrew

1883.
R5. Copper. Unholed. PL Unc. The obverse is the same as
that of HK 597 with busts right of Columbia and Germania. The
reverse is similar to that of HK 597. However, on this example
instead of the seal of Germantown at the upper center, there is the
following inscription: COMPLIMENTS/ OF/ JACOB REED’S
SONS/ CLOTHIERS/ PHILADELPHIA.
The Rulau book, in its description of Pa-Ph 108, erroneously
calls this piece in white metal (it is unlisted in copper) “HK 597”
The HK second edition repeats this error by referring to HK 597
as “Rulau Pa-Ph 108. (G)
