darkness near the obverse edge at 7:00. Screw holes on the reverse
for attachment to a base. Obv: ROBERT FRANCIS KENNEDY
around high relief front facing bust. Vital dates, 1925/1968 to
the left. Rx: A broken laurel (symbolic of Eternity) separates
a naval insignia and the seals of The Department of Justice and
New York State on the left and the following quotation on the
right: SOME/ MEN SEE/ THINGS AS/ THEYARE/ AND SAY
WHY?/ I DREAM THINGS/ THAT NEVER/ WEREAND/ SAY
- WHY/ NOT?
Robert Kennedy used this quotation as a theme of his 1968
campaign for the presidential nomination: Senator Edward M.
Kennedy quoted these words of Robert Kennedy’s in his eulogy
