OICB-2. Silk. 2 1/2 x 7 1/2” Excellent condition. This is a red
ribbon with gilt lettering and devices and a decorative gilt brass
header for suspension. INAUGURATION is inscribed at top.
Below is E PLURIBUS UNUM above a front view of the U.S.
Capitol building. At center is a displayed eagle perched atop a
world globe and surrounded by a circle of stars. Beneath that is
the date 1885 enclosed by a wreath and, at bottom, the
