wear to feet, from the Vogel collection, just 20½"

high x 16" wide, $4830.

Early Chinese carved jade and wood scepter,

19" long, given to an ambassador to Panama,

according to the catalog. It sold to an overseas

Sheraton tiger maple two-drawer side table,

old finish, ex-Vogel, $6440.

The second-highest price of the sale was

the $115,000 paid by an absentee bidder

for this 8'9" high stainless steel kinetic

sculpture by GeorgeWarren Rickey (1907-

2002) from the collection of Richard Brush

of Rochester, New York, former owner of

the SentrySafe company.
