This 18k yellow gold, ruby, and diamond cuff
bracelet by Italian jeweler M. Buccellati, with
engraved gold embellishments and the original
Buccellati box, sold for $23,700. Julia photo.
A pair of brightly colored macaws sits on a branch in
front of a jungle in muted hues on this reverse-painted
lamp, signed inside the shade “Handel 6874.” The urn-
form base is covered in raised Oriental branches and
foliage in a brown and green patina, and the selling price
was $9480. Julia photo.
A moonlit vista of a sailing square rigger framed by leaning
palm trees graces this Handel “Treasure Island” lamp. Signed
with the artist’s initials “H. B.” and standing on an urn-form
base incised with geometric line decorations, it found a new
home for $7702.50.
Here’s a Pairpoint puffy table lamp with orange
and red poppies in full relief on a leafy green
background. The base features climbing grapevines
all the way up the spider arms. The shade has traces
of the Pairpoint signature, and the base is marked
in several places. The final price was $14,220. Julia
photo.
