The Old Barn Annex

Come help us celebrate in Searsport on

April 25th – it will be the 40th season at

the Pumpkin Patch Antiques – still the

best group shop on the Maine Coast!

All the dealers will be presenting fine

“fresh to the market” antiques, affordably

priced. And there will be, of course,

good company and festive refreshments.

Looking forward to seeing you all there

after this endless past winter.

Finally, out of hibernation! Still

showing at the Pumpkin Patch

and Searsport Antique Mall,

both Rt. 1, Searsport.

TEN ARM CHANDELIER.

From Sweden (mid-19th

C.), these chandeliers were made entirely of wood, and

hung during the Yule Season. This example retains its

original brownish paint, all 10 arms and candle cups

and sockets, as well as the original wire hanging rod

(visible hanging behind chandelier). Two sockets were

slightly singed when candles burned too low, and 2 have

had a slight dab of glue where they had become loose.

Height (w/o hanging wire) - 19". Width approx. 18".

New, but appropriately narrow candles are included.

Purchased in 1999 and in my private collection. Never

before offered for sale.
