Linen w/Extremely elaborate floral border.

Sophiawas the daughter of Rial Heywood and

Betsy Palmer, and although I have not been

able to find it, there is probably a connection

totheHeywood-WakefieldFurnitureCompany

of Gardner, MA. 18 ½” x 15 ¼” (sight) in a

contemporary frame.

Yellowware rolling pin with turned maple handles, 15” from

handle to handle; drum is about 3” in diameter. About as nice an

example as you will find!

Harriet Augusta Sibley’s

needlework sampler,

Barre, Massachusetts,

1826, with two houses,

17” x 16½” (sight), 18½”

x 18” (frame). Harriet was

the daughter of Samuel

Sibley and Rebecca

Holden. She married

Samuel L. Hunt in 1837,

and they had three

children.
